Tenure-Track Position in Theoretical Nuclear Physics @ NC State
The Department of Physics at NC State University invites exceptionally qualified candidates to apply for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in theoretical nuclear physics with relevance to the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB). The initial appointment is partially funded by the FRIB theory alliance (fribtheoryalliance.org). A successful candidate is expected to contribute to FRIB-relevant research activities. Applicants will also need a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
